"The Jordan Boston State Farm Agency in North Platte NE is truly phenomenal! We have been with them for over 25 years. When ee moved to Omaha NE in 2005 we kept our insurance with them instead of transferring it to a local Omaha office. And I am so glad we did! We get FAST professional service whenever we’ve called. Everyone in their office knows us. We never have long hold times having to wait for someone to answer the phone. The staff lis very attentive to our needs and always respond quickly and accurately. They have never hesitated to intervene for us with the home office if we have any issues. They recently successfully helped us to resolve some problems we encountered concerning the hail damage on our car after the MAJOR Hail Storm that hit the omaha area this last June. They followed through and were very diligent about keeping us informed along the way. The service we’ve received from Jordan’s agency has Always been A+ … even though we live 250 miles from their office. They are definitely on top of things when it comes to providing outstanding customer service! Thank you! 🤗"
